Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited in the Netherlands (Venlo campus) is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to deliver end-to-end HR support and be a trusted partner to local leadership, aligning with Dutch labor law and WOR.

You’ll balance hands-on HR execution with advisory and people leadership, shaping policies that foster trust, collaboration, and joy at work. This role leads HR team and collaborates with Global HR Centers of Expertise to implement programs locally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Dutch labor law and employee relations.
• Experience supporting Works Council consultations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic and operational HR partner to local management for workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Coach leaders across onboarding, development, performance, and exits.
• Model a positive workplace culture and drive engagement initiatives.
• Manage employee relations cases in line with Dutch legislation and internal procedures.
• Lead performance management cycles and development planning.
• Contribute to succession planning and talent development at site.
