Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to own Dutch payroll execution in Nmbrs across entities. You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing and act as a backup for international payrolls, coordinating with providers and HR/Finance.

The role requires extensive Dutch payroll experience, Nmbrs mastery, and strong stakeholder management for a global AI-driven company. Amsterdam-based with a hybrid/onsite setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Dutch payroll experience in multi-entity environments.
• Hands-on Nmbrs payroll end-to-end configuration and reporting.
• Deep knowledge of loonheffingen, WKR, 30% ruling, expatriate taxation.
• Experience with international payroll backups and cross-border payrolls.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Dutch payroll execution in Nmbrs for multiple entities.
• Ensure payroll tax and social security compliance and timely loonaangifte.
• Administer complex pay items (RSU/option, pensions, leave) accurately.
• Run shadow payrolls for internationally mobile employees and coordinate with providers.
