You will own end-to-end tender processes, lead performance reviews, and translate operational data into actionable improvement plans. Dutch fluency and a proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced logistics environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Dutch fluency is required with strong written and verbal English.
• Experience in a dynamic, customer-facing operational or commercial role.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with operational contacts and senior decision makers.
• Own commercial development of the account by identifying growth opportunities, leading negotiations, and developing value-driven solutions.
• Lead end-to-end tender processes, coordinating internal stakeholders and developing competitive proposals.
• Take hands-on ownership of customer operations, ensuring high service levels and reliable execution.
• Lead customer performance reviews and ensure clear priorities and follow-through on actions.
