Job summary

BYD Europe BV in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, is seeking a Logistics Systems Specialist to optimize logistics systems across Europe. You’ll work at the intersection of logistics, technology and data, translating business needs into practical systems improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and ERP systems like SAP or MES. You’ll collaborate across countries and functions to drive efficiency and digitalization in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, business systems, or digitalization.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Experience with Power BI, SQL, Power Query or similar tools is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with TMS, WMS, SAP, CRM or MES is a plus.
Fluent English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
Strong communication and cross-country collaboration.

Responsibilities

Supporting the implementation and optimization of logistics systems and digital solutions.
Translating business needs into practical system and process improvements.
Analyzing logistics processes and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Supporting UAT, issue resolution, and system rollouts.
Monitoring logistics KPIs and using data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Developing reports and dashboards and ensuring data quality.
Supporting operational teams with system, process, and data-related topics.
