ESET Nederland is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our local organization, translate global strategy into Netherlands initiatives, and drive sustainable growth across customers and partners.

You will steer Sales and Marketing, build executive relationships, and foster a people-first culture while collaborating with regional and global teams to strengthen ESET’s market leadership in cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership experience in a technology, software, or cybersecurity environment.
• Proven ability to grow revenue through channel, partner, and customer-led models.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, and business planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the local business strategy in line with ESET’s global vision.
• Lead Sales and Marketing teams and drive measurable revenue growth.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.
• Forecast, budget, and monitor performance; translate market insights into actions.
