Job summary

Deutsche Bank in the Netherlands seeks a Country Head of Corporate Security and Country CISO Representative. You will lead security policy and risk management, advise senior stakeholders and protect people, information, assets, operations and reputation in a complex, regulated environment.

The role requires extensive experience, strong vendor management, and collaboration across global security functions, business units and authorities. Dutch language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Substantial relevant professional experience in Corporate Security or related field.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment, preferably financial services.
• Knowledge of Dutch and international security governance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Security activities across Netherlands entities and locations.
• Represent security in country governance forums and liaise with country management.
• Advise senior stakeholders on security risks, priorities and mitigations.
