ESET Nederland seeks a Country Manager to lead local growth, shape strategy, and drive the Sales and Marketing organizations. You will strengthen key customer and partner relationships and represent ESET in the Dutch market.

Cross-functional leadership, collaboration with international teams, and a people-first approach are essential to translate global strategy into local success and sustain ESET’s trusted cybersecurity partnership in the region.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a senior commercial leadership role.
• Strong track record of delivering growth and commercial results.
• Experience leading Sales and Marketing teams in a dynamic market.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the local business strategy for the Netherlands.
• Lead Sales and Marketing teams and manage revenue growth.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Translate global strategy into local actions and initiatives.
• Forecast, budget, and monitor performance; shape leadership culture and alignment.
