Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Country Manager for the Netherlands to lead growth, oversee operations, and build strategic partnerships in the Dutch crypto market. You will drive market expansion, user acquisition, and revenue growth while aligning cross-functional teams with company objectives.

Ideal candidates have hands-on marketing experience, a track record in crypto management, fluency in Dutch and English, and a deep understanding of MiCA, MiFID, and EMI requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or business development.
• Crypto-country management or crypto industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Dutch market and regulatory landscape (MiCA, MiFID, EMI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic business plan for the Dutch market, including market expansion, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Lead local operations including marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships.
• Drive brand awareness through targeted marketing, social media, and community events.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and local financial institutions.
• Navigate and ensure compliance with EU regulatory requirements (MiCAR, MiFID, EMI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with company goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the local team.
