Job summary

Beetronics is seeking an experienced Country Manager to own our Dutch-speaking webshops and customer relationships across the Netherlands and Belgium. You’ll be the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers and manage the full journey from inquiries and technical product consultation to quotations, orders, invoicing and aftersales.

This hybrid role in Amsterdam offers autonomy and opportunities to lead internal improvements, develop use cases, refine manuals, and enhance SEO/SEA content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a customer-facing or account-management role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch preferred.
• Comfortable discussing technical products and display specifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer journey for Dutch-speaking clients in NL and BE.
• Provide consultative product guidance and quotations, process orders and aftersales.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve processes and content.
• Develop use cases, improve manuals, and optimize SEO/SEA content.
