Job summary

NCC Group in the Netherlands seeks a Managing Security Consultant specializing in cyber crisis management. You will lead client engagements, deliver crisis readiness exercises, and provide strategic guidance to strengthen organisations' cyber resilience.

Requires Dutch language proficiency and the ability to translate complex security issues into business-focused recommendations. You will mentor junior consultants and drive cross-functional collaboration across IT and development teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cyber crisis management engagements.
• Ability to design and facilitate crisis exercises and tabletop simulations.
• Proven ability to translate security issues into business decisions.
• Knowledge of incident response and resilience programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements as senior consultant or with a team.
• Design, develop and facilitate cyber crisis readiness exercises.
• Conduct risk assessments and resilience reviews with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with IT/development to embed security into processes.
• Create client reports and presentations.
• Advise on high-level security strategies.
• Draft security policies and control frameworks in line with regulations.
