Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Corporate Security Manager based in the Netherlands to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive security strategy across international operations. You will oversee internal investigations, background screening and physical security, and manage a team of specialists to strengthen controls and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading sensitive internal investigations from intake to closure.
• Strong judgment to distinguish allegations, indicators and facts.
• Experience in fraud, insider risk and security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Security function with defined operating model and strategic priorities.
• Oversee internal investigations including evidence gathering and case closures.
• Strengthen investigation practices and coordinate with HR, Legal and IT teams.
• Manage background screening for sensitive roles with HR and Legal.
• Improve internal controls by driving remediation actions across business units.
• Monitor risk, track issues and ensure timely escalation of critical actions.
• Oversee physical security across offices, access controls and CCTV governance.
• Coordinate crisis management, travel security and business continuity exercises.
• Collaborate with Cyber Defense on evidence collection and incident response.
• Present recommendations on high-risk investigations and resilience investments.
