Anduril Industries in the Netherlands seeks a seasoned Senior Security Manager to establish and run our security program for the NL facility. You will own the Dutch security posture, oversee FSC/ABDO accreditation, and act as the Beveiligingsambtenaar with MIVD liaison.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in security-related field.
• 8+ years progressive security leadership in Dutch defense or cleared primes.
• Experience obtaining MOD FSC/ABDO accreditation (FSC).
• Direct experience with BVA duties and MIVD liaison.
• Experience briefing corporate Boards and legal counsel.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead accreditation processes for the Netherlands site with MOD/ABDO compliance.
• Serve as the designated Beveiligingsambtenaar (BVA) for Anduril NL.
• Maintain reporting to the Netherlands Board of Directors with risk briefs.
• Oversee PERSEC lifecycle including vetting and onboarding.
• Manage NL investigations and regulatory reporting under MOD rules.
• Advise on Dutch defense regulations and EU directives.
• Build security culture and localized training while preserving velocity.
• Coordinate with regional and US/UK security leadership.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Law, International Relations, Criminology, or related field

8+ years security leadership experience

Experience with MOD FSC/ABDO accreditation

Beveiligingsambtenaar (BVA) liaison

Dutch and English fluency
