Job summary

Empiric seeks a Client Security Manager in the Netherlands to lead governance, compliance and client engagement. You will act as a trusted security advisor to enterprise clients and oversee risk management and audits.

You will coordinate third-party assessments and mentor Information Security teams, ensuring controls meet customer requirements and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Security Management, Information Security or GRC.
• Strong governance, compliance and auditing knowledge.
• Familiar with SIEM, vulnerability management, secure networks and controls.
• CISM, CISA or CISSP certifications preferred.
• ITIL Foundation and PRINCE2 Foundation knowledge desirable.
• Fluent Dutch and English; strong stakeholder engagement.

• Drive improvements across security processes and controls.
• 3+ years' experience in Security Management, Information Security or GRC.
• Strong understanding of security governance, compliance and auditing.
• Knowledge of SIEM, vulnerability management, secure networks and security controls.
• Experience with Business Continuity Management and PKI advantageous.
• CISM, CISA or CISSP certification.
• ITIL Foundation and PRINCE2 Foundation knowledge or certification.
