Job summary

HighScope Indonesia is seeking a qualified music teacher for our elementary program to design lessons, deliver engaging activities, and monitor each student’s progress.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music, have strong English skills, and be proficient with teaching technology (Microsoft, Google Workspace, digital presentations).

The role is on-site with Monday–Friday work; benefits include lunch, professional development, and two weeks off during Christmas and Eid.

• Responsible for teaching and learning activities in the elementary school program, including creating lesson plans, implementing the teaching activities, and monitoring the progress of each student.

• Creatively engage students in the lessons and keep students curious and attentive.
• Inform the parents about their children's progress during conferences.
• Other responsibilities given by the Principal related to the school program.

Job Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Music.
• Significant working experience related to teaching Music.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in applying technology for teaching, i.e. Microsoft, Google Workspace, Digital Presentation, etc.
• Passion for teaching, easy-going, open-minded, and collaborative.

Start Information
