HighScope Indonesia is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Haarlem, Netherlands, with training starting in April 2026 for initial training. The role requires collaboration with colleagues to deliver engaging learning experiences.

You will plan and conduct activities that develop intellectual, physical, emotional, and social skills, support language development, and help children gain independence through creative, hands-on approaches. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably Education or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the education industry, preferably as an early childhood educator.
• Strong command in English, both verbal and written.

• Use teacher-children interaction strategies to solve problems and teach children how to think.
• Introduce reading, writing, and arithmetic through art, music, rhythm, and self-expression.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to join early April 2026 for initial training.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree of any major, preferably Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, English Linguistics, or other relevant degrees.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the education industry, preferably as an early childhood educator. Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong command in English, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated, high energy level, agile, and collaborative.

Selection Process

Expected to start in April for initial training, working arrangement is WFO Monday to Friday. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the final stage of the selection process: an in-person (offline) demo teaching session.
