HighScope Indonesia is seeking an enthusiastic elementary school teacher to deliver engaging lessons under an active learning framework. You will create lesson plans, implement activities, and monitor each student's progress while collaborating with colleagues.

You will also engage with parents during conferences, use technologies like Microsoft or Google Workspace to enhance instruction, and contribute to ongoing professional development within a supportive school community.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant teaching field.
• Experience in classroom settings; familiarity with international curricula and English instruction is an advantage.
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written, and tech-enabled teaching.

Job Description

Job Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Primary Teacher Education, English, Social Science or other relevant teaching degree.
• Significant working experience in classroom settings. Familiarity with international curricula and English-language instruction is an advantage.
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in applying technology for teaching, i.e. Microsoft, Google Workspace, Digital Presentation, etc.
• Passion for teaching, easy-going, open-minded, and collaborative.

Expected to start in April for initial training, working arrangement is WFO Monday to Friday. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the final stage of the selection process: an in-person (offline) demo teaching session.
