Job summary

Jobster in the Netherlands is seeking a Customer Representative to assist dealers and end users with technical issues and ensure a smooth product experience. You will be the first point of contact by phone and manage tickets with clear communication.

Requirements include fluent German, Polish, and English; minimum 2 years of experience; MBO level education; proficiency with Office 365, Freshdesk, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifications

• Fluent communication in German, Polish, and English.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• MBO level education or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Freshdesk and Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the initial point of contact for dealers and end users by phone.
• Managing tickets with clear, concise communication while adhering to policies.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues and reporting quality concerns.
• Staying updated on product developments to provide accurate information.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor while assisting customers.
