Job summary

Action is seeking a Service Desk Representative fluent in Spanish and Italian to support our stores across Europe. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues, resolving a variety of questions with ICT, HR, facilities, and finance teams, and you will own issues until resolution.

Qualifications

• At least a secondary vocational (MBO) level of education.
• Excellent command of both Spanish and Italian, spoken and written.
• Good command of English, spoken and written.
• Comfortable with computers and quickly master new software systems.
• Service-oriented and able to communicate easily with colleagues by telephone and digital channels.
• Able to work independently and take ownership from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for store colleagues by phone and ticketing system.
• Help resolve a wide range of questions (ICT, HR, Facility, Finance).
• Take ownership of unresolved questions and route to the right department.
• Register and document questions accurately and ensure proper follow-up.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various departments at the international head office to resolve questions quickly.
