Job summary

Jobster in the Netherlands seeks a Customer Representative to provide first-line support for dealers and end users, handling tickets and resolving technical issues to ensure a smooth product experience.

Proficiency in German and French is required, with Dutch or English preferred. The role demands strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• MBO level education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and preferably Freshdesk and Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the initial point of contact for dealers and end users via phone during help desk operations.
• Managing tickets from dealers and end users, ensuring clear and concise communication while adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues related to products, and reporting quality concerns.
• Keeping abreast of product developments to provide accurate information.
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while assisting dealers and end users.
