Job summary

The Social Hub in the Netherlands is seeking an energetic F&B Manager to lead outlets across restaurant, bar, café and events, partnering with the Head Chef to align service and kitchen teams while building a motivated, guest-first culture.

You will balance creativity, operations, and people leadership, manage budgets and P&L, and drive beverage programs to delight guests. Proficiency in English and Dutch is essential in this fast-paced, hybrid hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience leading multi-outlet F&B operations in a high-volume setting.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant, bar, and event teams with a collaborative, guest-focused approach.
• Strong financial acumen; budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership are second nature to you.
• A passion for hospitality, team development, and creating memorable experiences.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
• Emotional intelligence and resilience. You thrive in fast-paced environments with confidence and care.
• Experience using digital tools to streamline operations and enhance team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire outlet managers and supervisors across all F&B venues to deliver smooth, guest-first operations.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to align service and kitchen teams for seamless coordination.
• Maintain top-tier service standards and ensure every outlet hits the mark on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests on the floor, gather feedback, and drive improvements that wow.
• Collaborate on innovative menus and beverage programs that align with market trends and brand identity.
• Monitor budgets, labor, and P&L performance, then take action to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop promotions and activations in partnership with marketing to boost revenue and visibility.
• Support and energize team training, development, and performance, building a strong, positive culture.
