Job summary

The Social Hub in The Netherlands is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead multiple outlets including restaurant, bar, cafe, and events. You will collaborate with the Head Chef to synchronize service and kitchen operations while building a motivated team that delivers quality with energy.

You will manage budgets, drive guest satisfaction, and partner with Marketing on promotions to boost revenue. This role blends creativity, operations, and people leadership in a hybrid hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience leading multi-outlet F&B operations in a high-volume setting.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant, bar, and event teams with a collaborative, guest-focused approach.
• Strong financial acumen; budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership are second nature to you.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire outlet managers and supervisors across all F&B venues to deliver smooth, guest-first operations.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to align service and kitchen teams for seamless coordination.
• Maintain top-tier service standards and ensure outlets meet quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests on the floor, gather feedback, and drive improvements that wow.
• Collaborate on innovative menus and beverage programs aligned with market trends and brand identity.
• Monitor budgets, labor, and P&L performance, then take action to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop promotions and activations in partnership with marketing to boost revenue and visibility.
• Support and energize team training, development, and performance, building a strong, positive culture.
