Creative Fabrica in Amsterdam seeks a dynamic Motion Designer to create motion assets for AI products and marketing channels. You will collaborate with educational content teams, designers, and video editors to turn ideas into compelling visuals.

The role emphasizes rapid, high-quality output with opportunities to experiment and build reusable motion systems. In-office role with generous work-from-anywhere days per year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of motion design experience with a strong portfolio across digital formats.
• Strong After Effects proficiency and comfort with video footage, UI elements and static assets.
• Excellent understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, timing, and visual hierarchy.
• End-to-end ownership: take concept to storyboard, animation, and delivery within brand systems.
• Digital and social fluency: create motion for digital/social platforms with proper formats and aspect ratios.
• Speed and execution: produce high-quality work quickly while managing multiple projects.
• Proactive creative instincts: develop ideas without a detailed brief, balancing creativity with performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create motion across product launches, social content, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Bring AI product features to life through demos, animations, and explainers.
• Develop concepts from objectives rather than relying on briefs.
• Design channel-specific assets for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and more.
• Experiment with hooks, pacing, and visual styles; produce multiple variations quickly.
• Collaborate with Educational Content Producer, Video Editor, and Graphic Designer.
• Build reusable motion templates and systems to scale production.
• Leverage AI tools to push AI-enabled production workflows.
• Maintain high visual quality at speed to support a fast-moving growth team.
