Creative Fabrica in Amsterdam is seeking a Video Editor to turn raw footage, screen recordings and product demos into engaging content for YouTube, TikTok and social campaigns. You will work with Educational Content Producer, Motion Designers and Marketing to deliver high-output video and scalable assets.

This full-time, in-office role offers a fast-paced workflow, AI-assisted editing, and a process that values retention, pacing and clear storytelling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of editing experience in video or content production.
• Strong portfolio showing high-quality digital video content.
• Retention and pacing skills for multi-format content.

Responsibilities

• Edit across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and campaigns.
• Transform raw footage into engaging, polished videos.
• Adapt content for long-form and short-form formats.
• Create strong openings and maintain attention throughout.
• Produce multiple pieces weekly with high editorial standards.
• Collaborate with Educational Content Producer and designers.
• Explore AI-powered editing tools to speed production.
