Job summary

Creative Fabrica in Amsterdam is seeking a fast-moving Graphic Designer to shape our AI‑driven brand across marketing. You will craft assets for launches, social content, campaigns and product pages with strong design judgement.

Collaborate with motion, video and education teams, apply AI workflows, and build scalable design systems while maintaining brand consistency and high-velocity output.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Solid typography, layout, colour and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficient using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on generative AI experience integrated into creative workflows.
• Able to design across digital and social formats and aspect ratios.
• Maintain brand consistency across assets and campaigns.
• High creative velocity with proactivity and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Create assets for product launches, social channels, campaigns and landing pages.
• Translate product capabilities and messages into compelling visual directions.
• Produce a high volume of quality creative with fast iteration across multiple directions.
• Incorporate AI tools throughout ideation, generation and production.
• Design for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X and other platforms.
• Collaborate with Motion Designers and Video Editor to ensure cross-format consistency.
• Shape Creatively Fabrica AI's brand and practical guidelines.
• Build reusable templates, components and design systems for scale.
• Iterate based on performance data and feedback.
