Partner HR Solutions is seeking a Metal Production Worker in Weert for a full-time day shift (07:30–16:00). In the coating department you will perform varied production tasks and progressively learn operating different machines; standing most of the day; wage €16.87 per hour plus 4.98% ADV.

Do you enjoy practical work and are you looking for a full-time day shift position where you can learn different production tasks and machines? For our client in Weert, we are looking for a Metal Production Worker for the coating department. You will work from 07:30 to 16:00, earn €16.87 gross per hour excluding 4.98% ADV allowance, and have the opportunity to develop further within production. Experience is an advantage, but your motivation and willingness to learn are just as important.

Over de vacature:

As a Metal Production Worker, you will work in the coating department of an international production organisation in Weert. You will carry out a variety of production tasks and gradually learn how to operate different machines. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the daily production schedule is achieved and that products meet the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• carrying out various tasks within the coating department;
• working with and learning to operate different machines;
• preparing and processing metal products;
• checking products for quality;
• supporting colleagues within production;
• identifying deviations during the production process;
• keeping your workplace clean and safe.

This is a practical role where you will spend much of the day standing and moving and regularly handle products and materials.

No experience with all machines or tasks yet? That is not a problem. You will learn the work step by step on the job. As you gain more experience, you will be able to carry out a wider range of tasks independently.
