Job summary

Uitzendbureau zoekt een Production Worker Metal in de Nijmegen regio. Je werkt in een klein team en combineert praktisch werk met technologische processen, waaronder CNC-gestuurde machines, lasersnijden en freeswerk. Verantwoordelijk voor materialenstroom, kwaliteitsbewaking en het bijhouden van de productie.

Je hebt een MBO-opleiding, bent hands-on en leergierig, met oog voor kwaliteit. Een informele sfeer, korte lijnen en doorgroei- en opleidingsmogelijkheden kenmerken de functie.

Qualifications

• Voor deze positie zoeken we iemand die graag praktisch aan de slag gaat en enthousiast is over technologie en werken in een industriële omgeving.

Responsibilities

• Materialen verzamelen, controleren en sorteren
• Werkorders en opzetbladen beoordelen
• Materialen laden in de machines
• CNC-gestuurde machines bedienen
• Werken met perslijven/frezen/lasersnijden
• Bestellingen picken en registreren als voltooid
• Grondstoffen registreren en beheren
• Voorraad controleren en materiaal bestellen indien nodig
• Voortgang en kwaliteit controleren
• Samenwerken met collega's in Jobshop en afdelingen

Wat je gaat doen

As a Production Worker Metal, you play an important role in the production process. You will work as part of a small and dedicated team, making sure that materials and orders are in the right place at the right time. No two days are exactly the same. You will combine practical and technical work while working with a variety of modern machines and materials.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collecting, checking and sorting materials;
• Reviewing work orders, setup sheets and additional information;
• Loading materials into the appropriate machines for processing;
• Operating CNC-controlled machines;
• Working with machines such as press brakes, milling machines and laser cutting machines;
• Picking orders and registering them as completed;
• Recording and managing raw materials and other materials;
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering materials when necessary;
• Monitoring the progress and quality of the work;
• Working closely with colleagues in the Jobshop and other departments.

You will have plenty of opportunity to learn the trade on the job. Do you already have experience with CNC machines or metalworking? That is a great advantage. Don't have any experience yet, but are you technically minded and eager to learn? We would still be very happy to hear from you.

• You have a vocational education level equivalent to MBO;
• You have an interest in technology, production and/or metalworking;
• Experience in the metalworking industry or with CNC machines is an advantage;
• You are motivated and eager to develop yourself further;
• You are eager to learn and open to new tasks and technologies;
• You can work well both independently and as part of a team;
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality;
• You have a practical mindset and are willing to roll up your sleeves;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language.
