Job summary

Luba Uitzendbureau zoekt een ervaren operator voor coating en warmtebehandeling van metalen onderdelen in Tilburg. Je werkt met chemische processen en verschillende metaalbewerkings-technieken en volgt strikte veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Je bereidt producten voor behandeling, stelt machines nauwkeurig in en houdt procesparameters bij. Daarnaast voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en draag je bij aan 5S en continue verbetering in een veilige en dynamische productieomgeving.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met coatings en industriële ovens is een voordeel.
• Ervaring met chemische/industriele processen in productieomgeving is welkom.
• Bereidheid tot werk in een twee-ploegendienst.
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal is vereist.

Responsibilities

• Toepassen van coatings en uitvoeren van warmtebehandelingsprocessen aan metalen onderdelen.
• Instellen en afstellen van machines; continue bewaking van parameters zoals temperatuur en verwerkingstijd.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en afwijkingen sneller corrigeren.
• Bijdragen aan 5S-worlijkse verbetering en orde en netheid op de werkplek.
• Overdacht aan volgende ploeg met duidelijke productiestatus en aandachtspunten.

Job description

Over de vacature:

Are you looking for a challenging role where you can work with coatings, heat treatment processes, and continuous improvement in a safe and dynamic production environment?

Your day starts with a short handover meeting with your team, where you discuss the production schedule, safety topics, and any important updates. Afterward, you inspect the equipment and ensure all processes are ready for operation.

You will be responsible for applying coatings and performing heat treatment processes on metal components. This involves working with chemical processes and various metalworking techniques while strictly following all safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Throughout the day, you will prepare products for treatment, accurately set up and adjust machines, and continuously monitor process parameters such as temperature, processing time, and the composition of chemical baths or furnaces. You will carry out quality inspections to ensure that coatings and heat treatments meet the required specifications. If you detect any deviations, you will take immediate corrective action or consult with colleagues to find the best solution.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will actively contribute to workplace improvements using the 5S methodology. This means organizing tools and materials efficiently, removing unnecessary items, maintaining a clean and orderly workplace, and ensuring standardized working procedures are followed. Your efforts will help create a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Working closely with your team, you will strive to achieve the highest standards of quality and safety. At the end of your shift, you will provide a thorough handover so the next team has a clear understanding of the production status and any important points of attention. This ensures that all products have been processed according to specification and that the workplace is left clean, safe, and well organized.

• Experience working with tight tolerances, coatings, and industrial furnaces is an advantage
• Experience with chemical or industrial processes, preferably within a high-tech manufacturing or metalworking environment
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Good command of the English language
