Job summary

Partner HR Solutions is seeking a Metal Production Worker in Weert for a full-time day shift (07:30–16:00). In the coating department you will perform varied production tasks and progressively learn operating different machines; standing most of the day; wage €16.87 per hour plus 4.98% ADV.

No heavy prior experience required; motivation and willingness to learn are valued. Opportunities to develop skills and a long-term position with potential contract.

Qualifications

• Hands-on and motivated to learn new tasks.
• Ability to perform physically active production work.
• Proficient in Dutch or able to communicate in English.
• Strong attention to quality and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn operating different machines and work with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks within the coating department.
• Learn to operate various machines.
• Prepare and process metal products.
• Check products for quality.
• Support colleagues and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
