Job summary

Start People zoekt een Productie Medewerker voor poedercoating in Varsseveld. Je hangt producten aan de lijn, haalt ze van de productie en controleert op kwaliteit. Je meldt afwijkingen zodat ze snel opgelost kunnen worden.

Je werkt van maandag tot vrijdag van 7:30 tot 16:30 uur, met 25 vakantiedagen bij fulltime, reiskostenvergoeding en pensioenbijdragen. Er is ruimte om te leren en door te groeien in een stabiel metaalbewerkingsbedrijf.

Qualifications

• Praktisch en hands-on werk vereist.
• Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor kwaliteit.
• Relevante taalbeheersing is Engels, Duits of Nederlands.
• Goede teamspeler, maar ook zelfstandig inzetbaar.
• Interesse in techniek en leergierigheid.

Responsibilities

• Hang producten aan de poedercoatinglijn.
• Verwijder gecoat producten van de lijn.
• Controleer op kwaliteit en schade.
• Schoonmaken en licht schuren van producten.
• Uitvoeren van lichte afwerking.
• Identificeer en rapporteer onregelmatigheden.
• Zorg voor een schone en veilige werkplek.

Wat je gaat doen

Do you enjoy practical work, working with your hands and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day? Then this position as a Production Worker in Powder Coating could be a great fit for you.

Together with your colleagues, you make sure metal products are properly finished. You will hang products on the powder coating line, remove them from the production line and check whether they meet the required quality standards. If you notice a defect or irregularity, you report it so the issue can be addressed.

Your responsibilities include:

• Hanging metal products on the powder coating line;
• Removing coated products from the production line;
• Checking products for quality and damage;
• Cleaning and lightly sanding products;
• Performing minor finishing work;
• Identifying and reporting irregularities;
• Keeping your work area clean and safe.

You will work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This means fixed working hours, no shift work and plenty of time to enjoy your evenings.

Over het bedrijf

You will work for a stable metalworking company in Varsseveld. The company produces and finishes metal products for various customers and industries. Modern production techniques are used, with a strong focus on quality.

You will become part of a practical and supportive team. Experienced colleagues will help you get started and teach you the job step by step. You do not need to know everything from day one. A positive attitude, motivation and willingness to learn are much more important.
