Job summary

Formula is seeking a precise, hands-on UA Manager to own day-to-day Meta operations, take ownership from the Head of UA, and grow into Meta Lead within 6–12 months as automation expands.

You will manage campaigns, budgets, and creative uploads, interface with our internal stack (Amplitude, Snowflake, Metabase), and collaborate with engineering to extend automation while delivering clean, actionable results for web funnels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on Meta Ads experience with at least $100k/month spend focused on web acquisition funnels.
• Attention to detail in setup, naming, tracking, links, and budgets.
• Ability to ramp on an unfamiliar internal data stack within 3 months.
• Independent analytical judgment and ability to interpret performance without direction.
• Experience with scripts, automation, or in-house buying tools rather than pure Ads Manager.
• Fluent Russian speaker.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of Formula's Meta channel including campaign setup, creative uploads, budget moves and live monitoring.
• Operate and refine automated buying processes, partnering with engineering on new automation layers.
• Run manual tests where precision matters and produce results that are ready to act on.
• Master our internal stack (Amplitude, Snowflake, Metabase) to drive scaling, pruning and new hypotheses.
• Take ownership of the full Meta lifecycle—from campaigns to budgets to hypotheses—on the path to Meta Lead in 6–12 months.
