Job summary

EazeGames in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager to own the complete performance marketing engine across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more. You will manage strategy, testing, and scaling to drive profitable growth across Europe from a lean, ambitious team.

Working with the CMO and Marketing Specialist, you will translate insights into creative directions, optimise ROAS, and manage a substantial annual budget.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of hands-on performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing and scaling paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs).
• Strong understanding of unit economics including CPA, LTV, ROAS, retention and cohort analysis.
• Experience managing substantial monthly budgets with clear profitability targets.
• Deep analytical skills with dashboards and attribution tools.
• Ability to translate data insights into clear actions and creative direction.
• Experience in gaming or real-money skill gaming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owning and managing all user acquisition campaigns across multiple paid channels.
• Developing and executing cross-channel acquisition strategies aligned with revenue and ROAS targets.
• Monitoring performance daily and making data-driven decisions on scaling, pausing, or restructuring campaigns.
• Driving continuous experimentation across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnel optimisation.
• Analysing unit economics including CPI, CPA, LTV, and ROAS to ensure profitable growth.
• Collaborating with the CMO and creative team to define and brief high-performing ad concepts.
• Identifying new growth opportunities, channels, and acquisition strategies.
