Job summary

EazeGames in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager who takes full ownership of our growth. You’ll lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple, DSPs and other channels, from strategy to execution and scaling.

Working with the CMO, translate data into action, design testing roadmaps, optimize funnels, and drive profitable, scalable growth across Europe. Join a lean team in a fast‑moving scale‑up that rewards bold, data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of hands-on performance marketing or UA experience.
• Proven track record scaling paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and DSPs.
• Strong unit economics knowledge (CPA, LTV, ROAS) and profitability targets.
• Experience managing large monthly budgets with data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English; gaming industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all user acquisition campaigns across paid channels.
• Develop cross-channel strategies aligned with revenue and ROAS targets.
• Monitor performance daily and optimize budgets and campaigns.
• Lead testing roadmap and creative/audience strategies.
• Collaborate with CMO and creative teams to brief high-performing concepts.
• Analyze unit economics to ensure profitable growth.
• Scale campaigns across Europe and beyond.
