Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre in Amsterdam is seeking a meeting & events employee to manage congresses and events for 15 to 1200 guests, coordinating setup with colleagues and delivering hospitality at a premium level.

You will work on varied events, greet guests, provide information, serve drinks and dishes, and ensure smooth operation from early morning shifts to late-day preparations. A dynamic hotel environment with international guests awaits.

Responsibilities

• preparing and/or cleaning up the meeting rooms
• welcoming guests and making them feel at home
• making desired adjustments to the rooms during or shortly before use
• giving correct information about the drinks and dishes and serving them in the right way
• making drinks and taking orders and engaging guests about their visit to Amsterdam
