Job summary

NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace is seeking a Meetings & Events Employee (f/m/d) for full-time work in Amsterdam. You will prepare the meeting rooms, support events, and ensure operations run smoothly with a focus on delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

Your day-to-day includes opening rooms, coordinating with the kitchen and service teams, and honoring dietary wishes. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is an advantage.

Qualifications

• A good command of the English language; Dutch is an advantage.
• Experience in Meetings & Events is useful, especially in a 5* hotel.
• Audio visual knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• As a Meeting & Events Employee, you will prepare the meeting rooms to ensure that the events run professionally and smoothly.
• Open and prepare all meeting rooms and start up coffee areas; coordinate with kitchen for breaks and dietary requests.
• Support colleagues across departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
