Job summary

Trinamics is seeking a seasoned PMO professional to manage the triple constraint for non-product projects within our organisation's framework. You will drive PMO processes, runbooks, and validation cycles with technical experts, and provide concise, evidence-based recovery plans.

You will work with sector representatives, risk professionals and senior stakeholders to improve processes, organise workshops, and report on progress, while maintaining a pragmatic, autonomous stance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with solid work experience.
• Experience handling projects, organising and facilitating workshops, and project communication.
• Excellent facilitation, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical strength: you translate complex processes and dependencies into clear recovery priorities, documentation and executable plans.
• A pragmatic, evidence-driven approach, with the confidence to challenge assumptions when the evidence is not sufficient.
• You work autonomously while building alignment across business sectors, Security and IT.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• You manage the triple constraint (scope, time and cost) and run the PMO processes in line with the organisation's project framework for non-product projects.
• You support the sector representative and the business and IT continuity expert with reporting, planning, organising workshops, executing recovery activities, collecting and storing evidence and tracking actions.
• You prepare runbooks and validation cycles together with technical experts: you prepare the content, structure dependencies and consolidate the available evidence before the accountable subject matter expert reviews and approves it.
• You keep that review efficient, aiming for around two focused hours of expert time per prepared runbook or validation.
• You support the preparation and execution of recovery tests, operational decisions, remediation ownership and the approval of deliverables.
• You drive the improvement of PMO processes and procedures within your area of the program.
• You communicate with subject matter experts, sector representatives, risk professionals and senior stakeholders.

• A gross monthly salary between € 5,000 and € 6,000, plus profit sharing.
