Job summary

Trinamics in the Netherlands seeks a PMO/Program Manager to align goals, budgets and delivery commitments in a world-leading high-tech environment.

You will run governance meetings, maintain action and RAID logs, track progress and risks, and manage resources while building dashboards. The role is a 12-month assignment with hybrid work and a potential permanent position after completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, program management, portfolio management or resource management.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced skills in SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and reporting tools.
• Fluent in English; eligible under US export control regulations.
• Available for employment (not freelance/ZZP) and able to pass a basic pre-employment screening.

Job description

You are the backbone of the program: you support effective decision-making and keep program goals, resources and delivery commitments aligned.

• You prepare, facilitate and follow up on program governance meetings.
• You maintain the action log, RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and decision log.
• You track program progress, risks, issues and dependencies and escape overdue actions in time.
• You manage resource demand, claims, allocations and capacity planning, and flag gaps and risks in the resource forecast.
• You support budget, FTE and financial tracking and reporting.
• You maintain the integrated program plan and milestone tracking.
• You build management dashboards and status reports.
• You manage the SharePoint environment and program documentation.
• You coordinate stakeholder updates, communications and distribution lists.
• You support alignment between program teams, suppliers and external partners.
• You arrange logistics and onboarding for external visitors and contractors.

Must-haves

• Experience in PMO, program management, portfolio management or resource management.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced skills in SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and reporting tools.
• Proactive and structured; comfortable in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Eligible under US export control regulations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with resource and capacity planning or financial (FTE/budget) tracking in a large organization.
• Experience building dashboards in tools such as Power BI.
• Background in a high-tech or manufacturing environment.
• A degree at bachelor level (HBO), for example in business administration or industrial engineering.

• Salary indication: € 5,000 – € 6,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours).
• A 12-month assignment at a world-leading high-tech company, starting as soon as possible.
