Brainboss is seeking a Medior Organisation Transformation Consultant to drive IT project delivery and portfolio governance. You will leverage your PPM knowledge and business analysis background to structure initiatives, create transparency, and deliver measurable business value.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, along with 5+ years in consultancy. The role emphasizes on-site collaboration, agile practices, and the use of Jira/Confluence for delivery and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience delivering an IT project in consultancy.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (minimum C1).
• Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master).
• Solid background in business analysis.
• Solid understanding of Product Portfolio Management (PPM) principles.
• Familiar with Jira/Confluence/Jira Service Management.
• Knowledgeable of SAFe practices and willing to acquire relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Plan and execute project activities (trainings, workshops, demos, reports) with focus on execution excellence, supporting Lead in content delivery.
• Configure and maintain Jira/Confluence environments for project delivery and documentation of processes.
• Support project management by logging work statuses and risks.
• Act as a change agent by promoting agile practices and new ways of working.
• Offer solution architecture support.

We are seeking a Medior Organisation Transformation Consultant who is focused on project and support delivery work. With your business expertise and knowledge of Atlassian tools, you’ll help get the most out of teams.

Key Responsibilities

You’re a perfect fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of professional experience in consultancy delivering an IT project.
• Are fluent in both Dutch and English (minimum C1 level).
• Have a higher education degree (Bachelor or Master).
• Have a solid background in business analysis.
• Have a solid understanding of Product Portfolio Management (PPM) principles.
• Are familiar with using Jira/Confluence/Jira Service Management.
• Are knowledgeable of SAFe practices (e.g. Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams) and are willing to acquire relevant certifications.
