Brainboss Associates B.V. in Utrecht is seeking a Medior Organisation Transformation Consultant to lead project and support delivery. You’ll work on product portfolio management, shaping governance, and driving value through structured initiatives.

With 5+ years in consultancy and hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence, you’ll conduct stakeholder interviews, plan activities, and help teams adopt agile practices. English and Dutch fluency are required; a Bachelor or Master is expected.

Qualifications

5+ years of consultancy delivering IT projects.
Fluent in Dutch and English (C1).
Bachelor or Master degree.
Solid background in business analysis.
Solid understanding of Product Portfolio Management (PPM).
Familiar with Jira/Confluence/Jira Service Management.
Knowledge of SAFe practices and willingness to obtain relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

Conduct stakeholder interviews and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Plan and execute project activities (trainings, workshops, demos, reports) with a focus on execution excellence, supporting Lead in content delivery.
Configure and maintain Jira/Confluence environments for project delivery and documentation of processes.
Support project management by logging work statuses and risks.
Act as a change agent by promoting agile practices and new ways of working.
Offer solution architecture support.
