Forexx Group is seeking a Mechatronic Design Specialist to develop and refine mechatronic concepts into detailed designs. You will contribute from early-stage ideas through validation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless system integration.

The role emphasizes testing, validation, and optimizing for performance, reliability, and cost. A hands-on mindset and strong communication within teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar.
• Experience in designing complex modules where multiple technologies interact.
• Strong understanding of system integration and product development processes.
• Familiarity with 3D CAD and engineering documentation.
• Knowledge of design considerations such as thermal behavior, materials, and assembly.
• Practical, hands-on mindset with a structured way of working.
• Able to communicate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine mechatronic concepts into detailed and manufacturable designs.
• Contribute to product development from early-stage concepts through to validation and release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Define and support testing, validation, and integration activities.
• Optimize designs for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Work closely with external partners and suppliers when required.
• Support prototyping and iterate designs based on testing outcomes.
