Job summary

Forexx Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Architect to translate customer needs into robust mechanical solutions within a multidisciplinary environment. You will lead design concepts and system architectures for complex high-tech products.

You’ll collaborate with project teams, stakeholders and clients, define tests, ensure quality, and drive technical leadership while fostering autonomy and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Experience with mechanical design in complex environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with systems thinking.
• Affinity with multidisciplinary engineering contexts.
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to lead or coordinate technical work.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into specifications, system architectures, and conceptual designs.
• Define and develop mechanical (sub)systems, including technical direction and feasibility.
• Specify test and integration requirements across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Provide technical leadership and guide engineers and designers.
• Safeguard quality, performance, and technical integrity of solutions.
• Drive innovation by introducing and applying new technologies.
