Job summary

Flex Motion Controls International (MCi), a Flex company, seeks a Project Manager to lead mechatronic development from concept to industrialization, delivering on cost, quality and time. You will coordinate hardware, software and mechanical engineering, manage scope and budgets, and drive cross-disciplinary collaboration with customers and suppliers.

The role requires at least 3 years of end-to-end project management experience, preferably in automotive or ASPICE environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years end-to-end project management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary product development projects with hardware, software and mechanical engineering.
• Experience with ASPICE environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary product development projects from concept through industrialization.
• Define project scope, milestones, budgets and risks.
• Coordinate across hardware, software, and mechanical engineering teams.
• Monitor progress and report status to management.
• Ensure transfer to manufacturing aligns with development process.
