Job summary

A leading energy technology firm is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance their brand presence in the market. In this role, you will create engaging content, manage social media operations, and support marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Qualifications

• At least 2 years working experience in digital marketing or content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is required.

• Demonstrable experience in video shooting/editing and graphic design output.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in any European language is a great plus.
• Willingness to travel in EU countries.
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.

What You’ll Do

• Content Creation (Video & Visuals): Produce high-quality visual assets, including photography, videography, and post-production (editing) for exhibitions and corporate events.
• Graphic Design: Design marketing materials and social media graphics using Adobe Creative Suite; utilize Figma for interface or digital asset design where applicable.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning, logistics, and on-site execution of trade shows and events; ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and vendors.
• Social Media Operations: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence. Create engaging content to increase Tech-Driven brand awareness and manage day‑day social media operations.
• Digital Marketing: Assist in the execution of broader digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email, display advertising).
• Performance Monitoring: Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and content reach against goals (ROI and KPIs).

You Are

• Experience: At least 2 years working experience in digital marketing or content creation.
• Design & Video Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is required. Proficiency in Figma is a strong plus.
• Event Experience: Experience in supporting offline events, exhibitions, or trade shows.
• Content Expertise: Demonstrable experience in video shooting/editing and graphic design output.
• Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices. Basic knowledge of marketing databases and email campaigns.
• Language: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in any European language is a great plus.
• Travel: Willingness to travel in EU countries.
• Education: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
