Summary:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with EV customers to understand their needs and enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the primary contact for all service-related matters, taking responsibility for conducting regular meetings with customers to discuss service topics. Identify and leverage market opportunities in the after-sales sector to maximize customer value and drive product and service sales.

Job Description:

1. Customer Care and Support: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
2. Customer Reporting and Meetings: Analyze service data and prepare performance reports. Maintain regular communication with customers to discuss service performance, assess their satisfaction, gather feedback, and provide proactive solutions.
3. Contract Management: Conducting contract negotiations and subsequently monitoring and managing customer contracts to ensure that all agreed terms are adhered to, and adjustments are made where necessary.
4. Business Development: Identify opportunities by evaluating relevant market trends and conducting market and competitive analyses. Evaluate the success of after-sales strategies and recommend appropriate actions for improvement.
5. Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Offer additional products or services, based on the after-sales strategy to maximize value for the customer.

What You’ll Need:

1. Bachelor’s degree (or above) in economics, finance, engineering or related field.
2. EV Charging Industry experience.
3. 3+ years’ experience in after-sales service within a globally operating organization.
4. Technical knowledge of electrical systems. Knowledge of DC fast charging stations and their components is an advantage.
5. Chinese preferred and big plus, but won't be a showstopper.

Location: Netherlands/Germany/France

Start date: As soon as possible
