Role Description:

As Marketing Manager, you will design and deliver the company’s global marketing strategy, positioning their portfolio of green hydrogen systems and carbon capture technologies to drive adoption in hard-to-abate sectors.

This involves translating emerging technical innovations into compelling, market-leading narratives and spearheading high-impact campaigns to position the company as a leader in the rapidly evolving clean energy and net-zero value chain.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead market analysis for green hydrogen and carbon capture, identifying segment growth opportunities and competitive dynamics.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for advanced energy and decarbonization solutions, including electrolysis, industrial CO₂ capture, and utilization.
• Translate complex technical topics (e.g., electrolyzer innovation, process integration, regulatory frameworks) into accessible and engaging content for decision-makers, investors, and project partners.
• Design multi-channel campaigns targeted to diverse international buyers, consortia, industrial users, and policy stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, venture development, and regulatory teams to tailor messaging, incorporate market intelligence, and accelerate commercialization.
• Build partnerships with OEMs, utilities, industrial off-takers, and clean tech consortia, strengthening the company's ecosystem presence.
• Track key trends—such as sustainability regulation, policy incentives, and climate finance—keeping the company positioned ahead in the energy transition landscape.
• Ensure all campaigns align with global climate goals, ESG standards, and relevant regulatory frameworks.

What You Bring:

• Degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related STEM discipline; MBA preferred.
• ~10 years’ of Marketing or New Business Development experience in energy transition, carbon management, decarbonization, or advanced industrial technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in green hydrogen, carbon capture, or industrial sustainability.
• Deep understanding of climate policy, clean tech value chains, and global innovation ecosystems.
• Track record in strategic marketing for disruptive, technical product lines—ideally in fast-evolving, regulated contexts.
• Experience developing tailored messaging and go-to-market strategies for complex, B2B and public-private partnership environments.
• Ability to distill technical innovation into business value for diverse, often non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
• Strong project management, entrepreneurial mindset, and knowledge of global compliance and environmental frameworks.
