Ecorus is a leading player in the renewable energy sector with a team of 100+ professionals. Specializing in turnkey solar and related energy solutions for multinational corporations and large enterprises, it’s Ecorus’ mission to accelerate the energy transition by delivering scalable, sustainable and economically viable solutions. As Ecorus transitions from a high-growth scale-up to a structured corporate entity, we are recruiting a CEO who will strategically position Ecorus, strengthen operational structures and execute a long-term international growth strategy.

You lead Ecorus through its next phase of professionalization and corporate structuring, while maintaining agility and innovation. You focus on strategic and sustainable, international growth, operational scalability and establishing long-term partnerships. You oversee and inspire teams in Eindhoven, Amsterdam, Hasselt, Düsseldorf and future markets, as well as customers, projects and strategic partners across Europe.

Profile

• a seasoned, commercially oriented CEO
• experience with project driven and/or scalable businesses, where strategic growth and partnerships are essential
• expertise in transitioning a company from a scale-up to a structured, corporate organization
• a people-oriented, inspiring leader with strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
