As a Growth Enablement Manager within Maersk Project Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives. The Job

As Renewables (Wind) Growth Enablement Manager, you will be a key contributor to Maersk Project Logistics (MPL)’s growth journey. You’ll be part of a renewables growth enablement team with three close colleagues and a wider regional growth team spanning four verticals, all dedicated to MPL’s ambitious expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

As Renewables Growth Manager, you will:

• Develop opportunities for MPL brought forward by commercial teams
• Coordinate with the solution pricing team to provide pricing for identified opportunities
• Actively lead the RFI, RFQ, and RFP process for MPL as co-sponsor with sales
• Ensure submitted RFQ & RFP proposals are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with global product guidelines
• Support new business pursuits via sales/internal stakeholders to deliver timely and sound business proposals
• Jointly approach new leads with relevant sales colleagues, transferring opportunity ownership to sales in line with accountability structure

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Project Freight Forwarding experience (mandatory)
• Experience in the wind industry is a plus, not a requirement
• Strong commercial acumen and operational mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels, both internal and external
• Strong negotiation and business development skills
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage effectively
• Flexibility to travel for exhibitions and customer meetings
• Fluency in English and German – both written and spoken (must-have)
• Willingness to travel to Hamburg to co-locate with the sales team when needed
