This role requires a university degree in Marketing and over 5 years of experience in communication management, ideally in the automotive sector. Qualifications

• Solid experience in Automotive industry or Branded Public Relations/Communication field.
• 5+ years of experience in PR & Communication management roles.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese or other languages is a plus.

About the department:

The Marketing Department within BYD Europe is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to the European region, and create comprehensive plans that resonate with the European target audience. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.

As Marketing Communication Specialist (Position) you will:

The Marketing & Communication Coordinator reports directly to the Marketing & Communication Section Manager.

The Marketing & Communication Coordinator is responsible to build the brand and drive sales in local market by working closely with the Marketing & Communication Manager and build solid relations with Media Agencies, Press, local institutions and support the dealer network

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the Execution of national advertising and PR campaigns.
2. In charge of the implementation of marketing plan, aligned with the European Marketing and PR Team.
3. Maintain good cooperative relationships with press, media, digital influencers, etc., dock PR communication resources and channels, develop media resources, and ensure visibility of brand and product stories.
4. Focus on the content output of various media channels, and monitor public opinion.
5. Ensure test drive facilities for Press, Media, Social media influencers and leasing companies (STR / LTR).
6. Actively engage and Collaborate on any European event or activity as needed.
7. Cooperate with the company's project and promote PR events and content, analyze the effect of the activities, and integrate the information feedback into the activity process.
8. Be a brand Ambassador and work always with the Customer in mind.
9. Supporting the department's accounting operations and signing approval documents
10. Support in the production of reports for international boards

Your profile:

1. University Degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines.
2. Solid Experience in Automotive industry or Branded Public Relations/Communication field.
3. 5+ years of experience in roles related to PR & Communication management in Automotive business.
4. Excellent Digital Tools knowledge.
5. Customer-oriented mindset.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
8. Resilient and open minded.
9. Results oriented. Ability to work to deadlines, hands on approach, motivated to get results.
10. Have experience in Asia or Asian countries，Mandarin Chinese or other languages are a plus, but not mandatory.
