BYD Europe BV in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, seeks a quality management professional to lead the Aftersales Management System, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance and driving cross-functional process improvements across regional markets.

You will develop SOPs, coordinate internal and external audits, manage documentation lifecycles, and apply PDCA and 8D methodologies to raise the system's maturity while collaborating with China HQ and international teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification and familiarity with ISO 19011 is an advantage.
• Strong process design and documentation skills with cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Aftersales Management System in compliance with ISO 9001.
• Review and optimize end-to-end aftersales processes; create SOPs and guidelines; identify bottlenecks; drive cross-functional improvements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; address findings; ensure CAPA closure and continuous improvement.
• Manage lifecycle of management system documentation; ensure compliance and align with global standards across regions.
• Apply PDCA and 8D methodologies to identify improvements through data analysis and establish best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Aftersales Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. Establish a structured documentation hierarchy, clearly defining responsibilities, interfaces, and key control points across different business functions.

2. Review and optimize end-to-end aftersales business processes. Develop standardized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines, identify process bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional process improvements.

3. Coordinate internal and external audits of the Aftersales Management System. Follow up on audit findings, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure the effective implementation and closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement.

4. Manage the full lifecycle of management system documentation, ensuring compliance, consistency, and alignment with applicable requirements. Support the localization and implementation of global standards across regional markets.

5. Apply quality management and continuous improvement methodologies, such as PDCA and 8D, to identify improvement opportunities through business data analysis, establish best practices, and enhance the overall maturity and effectiveness of the Aftersales Management System.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in automotive aftersales, quality management systems, or business process development. Experience in automotive OEM aftersales management systems, global or regional management system implementation, dealer audits, or aftersales quality management is highly preferred.

3. Solid understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and core automotive aftersales operations. ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification, experience with audits conducted in accordance with ISO 19011, or familiarity with other relevant standards such as ISO 10002 is an advantage.

4. Strong capabilities in process design, management system documentation, and problem-solving, with effective cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration skills. Experience in European or international aftersales management systems and standardization across multiple countries is highly preferred.

5. Professional proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to support daily business operations, management system development, and effective collaboration with China-based headquarters and international teams.
