This is a non-technical vacancy; we are seeking a communication specialist.

Description: Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for clear, impactful communication? We are looking for a Communication Specialist to join our team and advocate for our Tribe within our organization.

What we ask from you

You will develop and execute communication strategies within a new Squad, and expand these strategies to other Squads and stakeholders within our Tribe. Your role involves crafting compelling content, conveying messages to technical and business audiences, and promoting our Tribe’s services within Rabobank. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, strategic communication aligned with key priorities.

Your responsibilities

• Create and manage content for internal communication targeting various audiences
• Collaborate with the Squad’s Product Owner to ensure consistent messaging
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance communication effectiveness
• Adjust communication frequency and methods based on emerging needs
• Measure and report on the impact of communication initiatives

Your skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of communication strategies and tools
• Experience with stakeholder and change management
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and connect with diverse audiences
• Knowledge of leveraging communities for effective broad communication
• Proficient in transforming data into clear visuals
