Job description

As a Marketing Communications Intern, you are the direct right-hand of our Marketing and Communications Specialist. This means you support all day-to-day operations and are closely involved in all marketing and communications activities. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Expat Management Group’s brand communication, marketing strategies, and execution from the ground up.

Who are we?

At Expat Management Group, we work daily with internationals (expats) and their employers to make moving to a new country as smooth as possible. We arrange visas and residence permits and accompany internationals (and any family members traveling with them) to the easiest possible landing so that everyone feels at home as quickly as possible and gets off to a good start with their new challenge. Our team is young & international. We have a great place to work on the city center canals in Amsterdam. We enjoy our work and also like to have fun together.

What will you do?

1. Produce B2B and B2C visual and written marketing content - email newsletters, social media assets, blog posts, website copy and merchandise
2. Assist in creating and updating presentation and document templates
3. Maintain and update the marketing calendar
4. Brainstorm new content ideas and marketing initiatives with the Marketing and Communication Specialist

Who are you?

• Enrolled in an HBO education in Marketing/Branding/Communication
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French. Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Knowledge of photo, video, and written content creation
• Good organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Highly motivated to learn and develop
• Proficient in Canva and Figma
• Skills in Adobe Suite is a plus
